Packaging & Recycling
Our responsibility does not end when an order is shipped. Hansen Styling Parts complies with the applicable requirements for sales, shipping and transport packaging and continuously develops its internal processes.
Responsibility for Packaging
Suitable sales, grouped and transport packaging is essential for the safe delivery of our products. At the same time, we aim to use materials as efficiently as possible and support the proper return of packaging into the relevant collection and recycling systems.
Our packaging processes are reviewed regularly and adapted to the applicable national and European requirements.
Packaging Responsibility in Germany
Hansen Styling Parts GmbH is registered in the German LUCID Packaging Register for its packaging-related activities in Germany.
Sales, grouped and shipping packaging subject to system participation is licensed through an approved German dual system. The corresponding packaging quantities are recorded and reported in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
This applies in particular to packaging that we fill with goods for the first time and ship to private end consumers in Germany.
National packaging and registration obligations are reviewed and implemented depending on the respective destination country.
European Destination Countries
For cross-border deliveries, we take into account the applicable national requirements relating to extended producer responsibility for packaging.
Depending on the destination country, the required registrations, system participations and quantity reports are handled directly by Hansen Styling Parts or with the support of specialised compliance service providers.
Appropriate registrations are already in place for various European destination countries. Further procedures are currently being prepared or processed, depending on the applicable national requirements and our shipping activities.
